팟캐스트는 영어공부를 위한 좋은 자료로 많은 영어교육 전문가들이 추천하고 있습니다. 

어떤 점이 영어공부 하기에 좋을까요.

You go to the doctor because you want to be healthier, feel better or get well. But for millions of people in the United States, a visit can come with a bad side effect: huge bills that can lead to serious debt. One in five Americans struggles with medical bills. Here are seven things you can do to get medical bills reduced — or even forgiven.

1. Ask for help as soon as possible.
2. Don't pay the sticker price!
3. Be persistent.
4. Don't put medical debt on a credit card.
5. Remember that medical debt is not as urgent as your other bills.
6. Take steps to make debt collectors stop calling.
7. A nonprofit advocate can help.

Chargemaster Description The chargemaster may be alternatively referred to as the "charge master", "hospital chargemaster", or the "charge description master" (CDM).[4][5] It is a comprehensive listing of items billable to a hospital patient or a patient's health insurance provider.[3][6] It is described as "the central mechanism of the revenue cycle" of a hospital.[7]Chargemasters include thousands of hospital services, medical procedures, equipment fees, drugs, supplies, and diagnostic evaluations such as imaging and blood tests.[6] Each item in the chargemaster is assigned a unique identifier code and a set price that are used to generate patient bills.[6] Every hospital system maintains its own chargemaster.[6] Usually, hospitals regard their chargemaster, alongside the medical codes that catalogue the billing items, as a trade secret that is central to their business, and state laws and courts have often accepted the view that these are proprietary information.[8] <from wikipedia>

To negotiate that lower affordable bill, sometimes you need to be very persistent.

Medical debt is less important for you to pay. 의료 부채는 네가 지불하는데 있어 덜 중요해. 
It's very stressful for people. 그건 사람들에게 매우 스트레스를 줘.
I'm not minimizing how difficult that is. 나는 그게 얼마나 어려운 지 축소하고 하고 있는 건 아니야.

You can get debt collectors to stop calling you.

I mean, the average person is really not up to the task of dealing with this.
