I feel so much better, can focus better, and I'm happier.

The brain fog has finally lifted, and I'm feeling more optimistic that it's gone for good.

She's blown away by my progress.

I feel like I've got my swagger back. 

It often depends on who's in charge of our time.

*get at ~을 의미하다, 말하고자 하다

I mean, ultimately what you're getting at is it's a culture change.
