I've been wanting to work with him since I got into this racket.
They are broken into 2 teams, red and blue and it's now Joel's turn.
Blue is holding at seven, and red is at nine.

You betcha I ran all the way here.

Let's just cut to the chase. 
*coddle 애지중지하다
You two are coddling my granddaughter.

I ran all the way over here to tell you that Sydney is a sore loser.

I don't wanna play stupid Charades.

She thinks that it's her birthright to win.

She doesn't need confidence, honey, she needs humility.

▶ Day2

Even better than the kids who are a year older than me. I get every problem right every single time.

I didn't realize kids like lounge acts these days.
I can't have you becoming an alcoholic.

*hit on somebody (성적으로 끌리는 사람에게) 수작을 걸다
Are you hitting on our employee?
I see you flirting with her, okay?
Paying her practically nothing. 
You are gonna carve that on my headstone?
I can bring it up.
I'm trying to make sure she is safe.
It's driving me crazy.
Have we ever let Sydney lose?
It's been nothing but a win.
*footrace 도보경주
What do you want, to challenge her in a footrace?
*be in denial 받아들이기 힘들다
You're cute when you're in denial.
I just don't see how she can justify grounding me from a person--from a human.
Just get on out of there. 그냥 거기서 나가.

 

 

▶ Day3

Rachel knocks then enters wearing another skimpy outfit.

Yeah, it's challenging. That's for sure.

▶ Day 4

I'll come tuck you in in a second.

This kid, Louis, right out in the open, he excludes Max. 

He was making fun of him, making faces behind his back.

Something has to be done about it.

Nothing is getting done. Nothing's getting resolved.

I just don't think that it's time for us to jump in and call the parents.

It drives a wedge between us.

There's so much more to you than that. Anyway, enough said.

*defy 믿기, 설명하기, 묘사하기 등이 (거의) 불가능하다, (기이할 정도로 잘) 견뎌 내다,  반항[저항/거역]하다 

Just deliberately defying me...

*get(have) one's hand full 몹시 바쁘다

At the moment, I got my hands full.

It sounds more to me like a demand.

*keep it to myself 넣어둬, 비밀로 해

Keep it to myself, you know? 

Needless to say. 말할 필요도 없이, 두말하면 잔소리지만

 

 

▶ Day 5
